MITI ONE / Crewed Gulet/Motor Sailer for Charter in the Mediterranean

Designed and built by a multinational team according to the needs of an Owner with 40 years of sailing experience, “Miti One” combines superyacht design, construction management and equipment standards with traditional Turkish craftsmanship and eco-friendly operation.

Built in the renowned Oguz Marin shipyard (Roxstar, Regina), “Miti One” was launched in 2021. With a hull constructed of high-quality steel and built to RINA class for compliance with the Maltese Extended Commercial Navigation for long-range sailing in safety and comfort, special attention has been paid to eco-friendly operation, such as high-performance solar panels, providing silence and quiet at anchor with air conditioning in fresh air ventilation mode powered by batteries and wastewater treatment system before wastewater discharge.

Her large exterior space combines shaded and sunbathing areas and a large stern platform for easy access to the sea, from where guests can enjoy the many water toys available. Miti One is also equipped with a comfortable 5.2m tender with a powerful outboard engine for water skis and other towable toys.

Hospitality on board “Miti One” offers an impressive volume of 198GT and can accommodate up to 11 guests in a master cabin, 3 double cabins including one with a Pullman bed and a twin cabin, each with ensuite bathroom. The bright and minimalist contemporary interior combines walnut, oak and teak with LED lighting effects, black and white marble in the bathrooms and comfortable contemporary furniture in the large living area on the main deck. The saloon and cabins are equipped with TVs and a sound system allows you to play music both inside and outside, while a Starlink marine internet connection allows high-speed internet coverage in any location, including secluded areas.

Crew “Miti One” is operated by an experienced crew of 6, including a chef trained in Western gourmet cuisine who will combine it with the creativity and flavors of Mediterranean and Ottoman cuisine to offer guests the best culinary experience. The Captain, Ali Demirtokat, who has well over 30 years of experience at sea, is a Turkish national and speaks fluent Turkish, French and English. He also participated in the construction and delivery of the boat. The rest of the crew is also Turkish
